Free Shipping
We offer free shipping for orders exceeding the following thresholds:
- European Union (except exceptions): €50
- Switzerland: €60
- Other destinations: €100
Note: For Bulgaria, Cyprus, Croatia, Finland, Greece, Ireland, Malta, and Romania, free shipping is available for purchases over €100.
Please note that customs and import fees are not included in the shipping fees for destinations outside the European Union and will be calculated separately.

Parcel Not Received: If your parcel is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, please contact our customer service providing the following information:

Empty Parcel Received: If you receive an empty parcel, please contact us providing the following information:
- Order number
- Your name, surname, date, address
- Photos of the parcel
- Photos of the label on the parcel

Damaged Parcel Received: You have the option to refuse a damaged parcel directly with the carrier. Once accepted, no claims can be made. To report a damaged parcel, please contact us with the following information:
- Order number
- Your name, surname, date, address
- Photos of the parcel
- Photos of the label on the parcel
Exchanges and Returns
You have 14 days from the receipt of your order to request a return or refund. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. To make a return, contact our customer service with your order number and return request.
Items must be returned in new, unused condition and in their original packaging. Please specify if it is an exchange or a refund, along with your full contact information. Send the parcel to the following address:

We will confirm the receipt of your request via email as soon as possible. Liya Parfum Paris reserves the right to refuse a return if the returned items are incomplete, damaged, or opened.
Refund
We are committed to processing your refund within 14 days following the receipt of your withdrawal request. The refund will be made via the same payment method used for your order.
